The facility has a total gross space of approximately 134,000 square feet consisting of open office areas, private offices, workrooms, storage areas, conference rooms, etc. It was designed to accommodate the expected growth of staff.

The facility is essentially divided into three sections, those being Clerk Offices, Circuit Executive Offices and Staff Attorney Offices.

Sustainable Design Features:

  • 20 percent improved building energy efficiency
  • 30 percent reduction in water consumption
  • Use of low volatile organic compounds (VOC) materials
