The new, two story, 20,000 SF, City Hall serves as the center of civic activity in a new mixed use development for this award winning city.

The new City Hall overlooks the Town Center Park and contains the City Council Chamber as well as offices and support areas for public works, finance, planning and development, city manager and administrative services.

The project has been designed to LEED-NC 2.2 standards.
