CxGBS® was contracted by the State of Mississippi Bureau of Buildings, Grounds and Real Properties to perform design, construction and warranty phase commissioning for the Sutton Hall Administration Building located on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, MS.
The Sutton Hall Administration Building is a 4 story, 120,000 square foot building housing offices and classrooms. All projects funded by the State of Mississippi are required to have mechanical, electrical and building envelope systems commissioned from pre-design through construction and warranty phases. CxGBS® Holistic Commissioning® process fulfills this requirement. CxGBS® is working with the Bureau of Buildings under an IDIQ contract.
