Founded by H. Jay Enck, Commissioning and Green Building Solutions Inc., (CxGBS) is dedicated to helping project teams design, construct, and deliver sustainable, healthy, high performance projects that lower the total cost of ownership and project risk. CxGBS focuses on providing a holistic approach to energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and protection of the environment from concept through a facility’s service life.
