CxGBS to Provide Commissioning and Forensic Investigations for General Services Administration (GSA) Project Bids
ATLANTA (April 25, 2007) — Commissioning and Green Building Solutions, Inc. (CxGBS), an Atlanta-based commissioning and green building consulting firm, will provide commissioning and forensic investigation services as part of the M.E. Group Team of small businesses eligible to bid for GSA contracts.
Firms winning the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be allowed to bid over the next five years for various environmental contracts worth approximately $3 million per year.
The M.E. Group team is made up of CxGBS, Anil Verma Associates, S&S Construction Services, Hoefer Wysocki Architects, Coover-Clark & Associates, Taliaferro & Browne, Terracon, Kroll Schiff, Fire Risk Management and Foodlines.
Key service areas for the team will be commissioning and construction management. Other disciplines include Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) consulting, architecture and planning, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil and structural engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical services, security, fire protection engineering and food service.
