CxGBS believes the commissioning process should begin in the design phase for best results. Our proprietary Holistic Commissioning™ Design Phase Commissioning Model is based on the premise that design is not as good as it can be. It takes advantage of value engineering opportunities during design to maximize performance and reduce costs.
Our model organizes peer review findings into prioritized categories of critical flaws, installation critical, and quality control issues, permitting the team to focus on the most critical issues first.
